Thanks. Yes, if he didn't opt to do the right thing I'd have thrown everything at it to pursue damages.
Tbh I just want to move on and forget about him, there's no getting away from the fact he's taken the shine off the full new car experience for me. I won't drive the car until it's back to 'new' again. Every time I look at it I just get pissed off about what happened so it's parked up for now in the garage. Regretting those bi-fold glass doors in my garage now as I can still see the car when it's in there 🤣
