I'll be your everyday guinea pig, eventually. We just ordered an X3 M40i to replace our Jeep. To the extent there's a difference in shifting speed between the two, it may be warmer weather closer to May till I wring out either vehicle. I suspect there's a software update that could speed up G8x ZF shift speeds, if BMW wanted it.
