BMW themselves states that both tranmissions are sourced from ZF. It makes sense that it's the ZF S6-53, specifically the GS6-53BZ according to wikipedia as they have used it many times before.

Well that would still limit them to 600nm the competition already has 650nm. So if this get 540hp like the CSL torque might be a concern. |
