Once it’s shipped to and unloaded from the Charleston port, cancel PCD and have the dealer arrange shipment to you. As long as the dealer arranges the transporter, the PC honors a 3-day window for pickup. If you arrange transport yourself, the PC requires the car be picked up that day only.
