Jet wash wheels to remove foam/surface dirt.
Spray ironX or likewise on wheels in a mist like spray (remembering what you can't see still counts)
Use wheels woolies large brush to do inner wheel face step by step.
Use sponge to run round internal rim behind spokes (a bit awkward, go from spoke to spoke)
Spray ironX lightly on sponge and clean each spoke blade inside and out methodically.
Clean face of wheels/spokes.
Clean wheel bolt recesses.
Rinse with high pressure water on every surface.
Drive car immediately for a minute or so and brake hard to a stop (while looking behind you 👍
Rinse wheels and rusty water away but keep clear of brake discs (I used to brake really hard to heat up discs, water evaporates if your quick and you can just rinse as normal)
Use damp microfibre cloth and wipe dry wheel going from spoke to spoke inside and out.
Last step. Open up a cold bottle of Peroni (bud if in the USA) and contemplate if having factory fresh wheels was worth it 😎
