I've been trying NOT to do that. It is a difficult trick as this is my first extended experience with BMW Manuals. I'd test driven a couple of F80/82 Manuals, but hadn't actually lived with one before. The 5MT on the Integra GS-R and the 6MT's on the RSX-S's were both magical things and so very ingrained in my memory.
I can't at all disagree with 1-2 issue, or that the clutch throw is too long without a clutch stop. And the Gear Selector LOVES 3rd best.
But, gods above and below, I just don't care. I'm loving every drive with it. I'm ANGRY with myself that I deprived myself of the MT experience for the last 8 years. Drove in crap traffic out shopping with the SO today. And I still had fun.
