Not to be too cynical but I can believe it, especially if the front end styling is anything like the Frankfurt Abortion... possibly a really good example of 'Group Think,' i.e., nobody at the early design meetings had the nerve to say, "hey guys, that looks like crap, are you out of your minds!"
